A new study finds that teens who suffer from overweight or obesity are more susceptible to acne or pimples.
The researchers looked at whether the weight of private and body mass index (BMI) has no relationship to the emergence of popular acne problem among adolescents,
They found a link between teenage weight gain and disease, but the reasons behind it are not yet clear.
The researchers said that between 10% and 20% of teenagers suffer from acne, which ranges between moderate and severe, with many of them suffering from serious psychological problems ranging from poor self-confidence and lack of social networking.
The study included 3,600 Norwegian aged between 18 and 19 years, and found that 10% of females and more than 155 male suffering from an increase in weight, and less than 40 people of both sexes suffered from obesity.
It appeared that 13% of girls have suffered from acne, and more than 19% of Asameenat suffered from this skin problem.
As for males has shown that between 13% and 14% of them suffered from acne regardless of their weight.
