3 Cups of Tea A Day, Reduce The Risk of Breast Cancer


Want to avoid a deadly cancer? Try to live a healthy lifestyle, start by drinking tea regularly.
According to research in the United States, women who regularly consume 3 cups of tea per day is believed to avoid the attack of breast cancer.
A group of scientists from the Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida, revealed that tumor growth can be inhibited up to 37% when women consume tea at least 3 times a day,  but unfortunately the benefit of tea only affects young women aged less than 50 years. While in women aged over 50 years, the tea does not provide the same benefits  though they consume the same amount. According to the researchers, anti-cancer contained in tea inhibit tumor that tends to grow stronger in young women.

Consume tea regularly, with an amount sufficient to reduce the risk of breast cancer in young women, Said the Researchers.
The study, led by Dr. Nagi Kumar, involving 5,000 women aged between 20-74 years who are undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Then they  compared the medical history and lifestyle of the women with cancer with a group of women without breast cancer. Research has found that women who regularly consume tea to avoid the risk of breast cancer by 66%.

"Tea is a beverage that is generally more often consumed by people in the world. Tea will be one of drug to prevent breast cancer in women." Say scientists.
